About
Influenced by family members with an artistic flair, as a child I was always drawing, attending art classes and art competitions. I took the creative path from Fine Art as a GCSE to College, where I obtained A levels in Fine Art, Photography and Media. The transition to Multimedia began during high school when I started to create music videos using animation from computer games. I would design the assets, before using the in-game camera to take footage to be edited to music using video editing software. The videos recieved over 750,000 views on Youtube. As well as this, I developed an interest in photography and photo manipulation, spurring me on to study the multidisciplinary course; Multimedia Technology BSc (hons), which covers design and creation of different media forms.

Placement year
For my third year at University I went on placement at a company called ‘We Brand it’, a promotional merchandising company in Maidenhead. I had the job title of “Artwork Designer”, where my role was to manage the artwork that goes onto the products. This included creating product manipulations for customers using Photoshop and Illustrator, and setting up the artwork for products to be printed. As well as improving my graphical design skills I gained a thorough understanding of the printing processes involved i.e printing methods, print colours and product printing areas.
Other hobbies and interests
I am a dedicated gym junkie. It’s great for the mind, body and soul and serves as a great companion for the work that I do. It is also another way that I put into practice striving to be the best that I possibly can be!
